Our extensive xDSL and broadband network infrastructure also enables us to offer guidance and advice across the regulatory requirements for product safety interoperability testing, such as EMC emissions, wireless testing, SAR testing, and more.
We are UKAS accredited to BS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005, a Telecommunications Certification Body for the US and a Certification Assessment Body for Japan. Element has accreditations with ICASA (South Africa) and Telepermit (New Zealand), and our Telecommunications test reports are accepted around the globe, allowing easy access to alternative markets in addition to Europe.
Our interoperability testing standards
We can provide interoperability testing for CPE and DSLAMs against the European and North American requirements, and help you test to the following worldwide recognized standards:

- CS-03 Part 8
Element has the ability to test to international standards such as the ITU Telecommunication Standardization Sector (ITU-T), and Broadband (DSL) Forum TR standards. The International standards we most commonly test to are:
- ADSL – ITU-T G.992.1
- ADSL 2+ – ITU-T G.992.5
- VDSL2 – ITU-T G.993.2
