Aircraft 燃料系统 测试

Three high capacity single pass, or recirculating test systems are available. Each of the test systems has the capability of cooling fuel down to -45 Deg F, and flowing hot 石油 up to 350 Deg F. Single pass capacities are 4000 Gallons, 2800 Gallons, and 1800 Gallons. im体育APP can perform steady state icing, and transient ice tests. Test samples of the fuel are taken at the inlet to the system to verify the proper ice concentration levels have been obtained. 

Contamination

Predetermined contamination media is homogenized and injected in a calibrated fashion into the fuel system as it is in operation. 系统 operation is monitored continuously for anomalies. Samples are taken at agreed upon time intervals, and analyzed to make sure the proper amount of solid and liquid particulate has passed through the 燃料 系统.
